Why StayFITT Exists

StayFITT Training was created to bridge the gap between physical therapy and the traditional gym experience. Too often, people are told to “just exercise” without being given the tools, education, or support to do it safely and consistently.

Growing up in a sedentary household with a strong family history of chronic disease, I saw firsthand how overwhelming fitness can feel—and how quickly people give up when they feel unsupported. StayFITT was founded to change that.

Our mission is simple:

remove the barriers that prevent people from staying active for life.
