This was me, LaRee, 20 years or so at the beginning of my health and fitness journey. After my second baby. I weighed 240#. In this photo I weighed 165. I lost and gained weight over and over again through the last 25 years. But it’s not just about the weight. I have gained strength, muscle, healthy eating habits, healthy physical habits, and learned so much about myself. It wasn’t easy but with consistency and endurance I pushed through so many obstacles, mental and physical. It’s always good to see how far we have come and realize where we have been. I’ve battled with my weight through my marriage and 5 pregnancies and through lifes’ stressors. “Get fit, don’t quit!” I love this motto and it sums up the last 25 or so years of my life!
