At StayFITT Training in Riverton, Utah, we are committed to helping our clients feel empowered. Our team consists of certified coaches, personal trainers and nutrition coaches who have all been trained in the latest techniques and strategies for health and wellness. I’m chief operating office for Wasatch Pain Solutions where we treat spine and orthopedic conditions using comprehensive treatment plans. I have 3 kids, 2 girls and 1 boy, and love watching them grow. I have been very thankful for StayFITT as it has helped me recover from acl surgery, become more stable during activity, and given me energy to tackle busy days. I joined StayFITT on a whim but had been wanting a program that could help Me gain strength and hopefully get back to running one day after a back injury. My least favorite exercise is the ropes 😂 but one of my favorite things about StayFITT is all the change up. Nothing gets boring, it’s always different. Next best thing is the atmosphere and people, especially the coaches that are all helpful and motivating. It doesn’t matter age or level of experience or strength. Everyone roots for everyone. It’s such a great motivating hour of my day! I have started to gain some confidence in myself and my body. Coming from a history of exercise and eating issues this has been such a good place for me to come and put my energy. I’m so thankful and grateful to be a part of it!

I love the uplifting atmosphere at StayFITT, how knowledgeable the coaches are, and that everyone else is cheering you on and motivating each other. StavFITT has helped me push myself and lift heavy which has been new to me. I have always been active but for about 2 years before finding StayFITT I hadn’t loved going to the gym. Now I'm addicted. Favorite exercise - I honestly love it all. There are definitely times I'm not loving it while doing the workout but I always feel accomplished and proud after I complete the workout. I do love deadlifts, banded workouts and pretty much anything with the barbell 💪

What to expect

Your first meeting with a coach will dive into you goals, your why and motivations. We will learn more about you to discover which program will be the right FITT for you.

Find the Right FITT

Starting new habits are sometimes challenging so our team will help you through each piece of the process. Our trainers will teach you how to perform your exercises correctly and continue to modify and progress exercises as needed to keep it fun, safe and challenging. Our nutrition team will coach you through life's hurdles in order to reach and maintain your goals.

Take Action

Wondering where you are in relation to your goal and how long will it take to get there? Don’t worry, we'll figure it out together. Depending on the package that is the right FITT for you. We will go through a series of evaluations such as measurements, a lifestyle assessment, and/or a fitness assessment to select and design a program that is right for you.

FITT4EVER

FITT4EVER is a community of older adults who want to change the stigma of aging. Only offered at StayFITT Training. This group training program helps older adults feel empowered, stronger, confident and improve their quality of life. The benefits of strength training are numerous! It has been shown to improve not only strength, balance & coordination but also reduce disease and cancer.

Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching

Tried everything? Don't want to chase another fad diet that will leave you regaining the weight you lost? Are you not sleeping well or want to find meaning beyond screens. Then we should talk.
