Marissa

Hi friends! I’m Marissa Dansie, and I’m so excited to join the StayFITT coaching team. I’m a certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Youth Exercise Specialist with a passion for helping families build strong, healthy lifestyles together. I have called Riverton my home for 13 years but was born and raised in old Herriman. I am happily married to my best friend, Austin, and together we have two amazing kids and Cora our dog. As a family, we love anything outdoors-lake trips, camping, hiking, and baseball. I’ve always loved health and wellness, but my passion grew after becoming a mom of two. Learning the importance of taking care of myself while also teaching my kids to make healthy choices by my example pushed me to want to help others in their healthy journeys.

When I’m not at the gym helping others you’ll usually find me at the Baseball fields coaching or attending to league duties, working in my office as a Mortgage Loan Officer, or loading up for a weekend in the mountains or on the lake with the family.

I can’t wait to bring my energy, knowledge, and love for helping others achieve their goals to the StayFITT community. Let’s build strength, balance, and confidence together!

My name is Tyler Kelling and I look forward to helping you change your life :)
Here is little about me. I'm 28 years old, I'm married to my wonderful wife Charity, I have 1 son who is 1 1/2 years old and another baby on the way!!
Born and raised here in Utah, I am passionate in Fitness and Nutrition and the growth that comes from it. I love College and Professional Football/Basketball. My Favorite teams are (BYU, Minnesota Vikings and the Utah Jazz).  I lost 125 lbs in my own fitness journey back in 2018. Finally, I am an Extravert so please come say hi, I love interacting with people!
Professionally, my Certifications are (Certified personal trainer, Certified Nutritionist, CPR/AED/First aid for adult and child, Certified Heart rate specialist, Certified Olympic lifting specialist, and Certified Stretch therapist). I started my coaching career in early 2019 so I've been in the industry for 6 years. I've worked for a multitude of places ranging from just a PT to being a Manager for a training department for 2 1/2 years. I've created many lasting relationships with my clients over the years. As well as helping them achieve their goals and beyond that will last a lifetime.

MONICA

☀️My name is Monica Victors. I was born and raised in Alaska and as a result am an outdoor enthusiast. I love hiking, trail running, camping, skiing, paddle boarding, fishing, boating and just spending time in nature. I have been married for almost 18 years and have 4 kids ranging in age from 9-16.

☀️I have always loved being active, moving my body and participating in a wide variety of sports and activities. Other hobbies that I have are family photography, music and spending time with family and friends.

☀️I have gone through different phases of health in my adult years and have used many different exercise programs. During the pandemic I really started to see the importance of exercise and the importance not just for my physical health but also for my mental health.

☀️In the last couple of years I have been doing a lot of study of exercise and the effects on the body. My goal in becoming a personal trainer/coach is to help others gain and keep strength,mobility, agility and confidence as they age. Exercise is so much more than just physical appearance and how we look. It is vital to our well-being and aging well. I am so excited to get to be a part of the Stay-FITT team.

CONNOR

Hey there 😃, I’m Connor — a rambunctious, sarcastic socialite to my core. I’m a Salt Lake City native and a fitness/health nut to a fault.

My passion for organized fitness and nutrition started when I was 13, when my mom would take me to yoga before school. Since then, it’s become an integral part of who I am.

I’ve had some amazing opportunities to live in Europe, where I learned French. From there, I picked up Spanish, which has opened so many doors for me back home.

My hobbies include axe throwing, archery, hiking, swimming, studying languages and philosophy, and cooking (Mediterranean and Mexican food for the win!!).

At the end of the day, I’m a certified personal trainer with a passion for power-oriented conditioning, calisthenics, and Pilates. But don’t worry — I can help with the rest, too 😊.
