Founded in 2020 by LaRee Schuenman, Stay FITT Training was created to bridge the gap between sedentary lifestyles, physical therapy, and the gym. We understand that traditional gyms can feel overwhelming, especially if you are dealing with chronic pain, a busy schedule, or a lack of confidence.

We remove barriers like pain and lack of understanding by providing intentional, education-based programming that supports your long-term health.
Our group training uses a conjugate periodization approach. By constantly varying intensity, volume, and focus, we help you gain strength and build endurance while avoiding plateaus and overuse injuries. Every 40-55 minute session is coach-led and includes quarterly goal-setting appointments to measure your progress and reset targets.
StayFITT Stretch Therapy is a dedicated service for anyone looking to manage chronic pain, improve mobility, or recover from surgery. It is designed to improve your quality of life by increasing flexibility, boosting energy, and improving sleep.
